These eye pins can be used to hang/link beads from earrings, necklace or braclets.   The eye of the pin starts you off with a neat/uniform loop at end, leaving the other end open for you to add your beads and close off with a bend or a loop using pliers.
 
The metal is pliable, yet sturdy for a secure hold.
