Bradford Bead Shop was established in 2007, by myself, a beader who was frustrated with the lack of variety in beads available, and not knowing whether the makers of those beads were being paid fair wages.

After a year of deep research, I travelled Europe for 3 months, in search of beading variety.  I was overwhelmed with the vast amount of family run businesses out there still making beads traditionally.  So I decided to help bridge the gap and bring the beauty of their bead making skills to the UK crafting circle.

​

Our beads are personally chosen from all around Europe, (a selection of our seed beads are from Japan & China).  We make it our aim to find beautiful, interesting and unusual beads and accessories to offer you; with the high quality we would expect for ourselves.

We pay fair trading prices for the products, so you can bead with an easy conscience, and sell your items on knowing that all involved have been paid fair wages for their fantastic creative work.

Our head office and shop is in Bradford.  We offer the option to buy your items in person by browsing our stock in our shop, or purchase through our online shop and have them picked/packed and delivered to you.
